Bob Sailer is managing partner of the Pacific NorthWest Law Group, a
regional law firm based in Redmond, WA specializing in business law,
international trade, and technology.
Beginning in 1981, Bob and
his law firm have worked with various clients in China developing joint
ventures, establishing representative offices in Shanghai and Beijing,
structuring sourcing agreements, registering trademarks, and preparing
technology licensing contracts. He served as Chair of the Economic
Development for the first Chongqing Sister City Association, led five
trade missions to China for the State Bar Association, Cities of
Seattle and Redmond, and Chongqing Sister City Association, and travels
to China often on behalf of clients.
Bob is a graduate of
Georgetown University School of Business (B.S. Finance) and Law School
(J.D.), served as a staff member for the late Senator Henry Jackson
from Washington State, and is active with Vistage (now in China) and
various U.S. corporate and non-profit boards of directors.
