Xiaoli has more than 20 years of experience in master planning and architectural design. She has diverse, extensive experience in designing and managing hospitality, corporate and mixed-use projects domestically and internationally, with a recent focus on the Asian market. Xiaoli pays special attention to designing environmentally friendly buildings and making the connection between nature and the built environment. Xiaoli is a graduate of Tsinghua University in Beijing (Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts), and McGill University (Master of Architecture).
